In upanishad i found the true definition of "Truth" and it is -
"Truth is something which doesn't change at any time be it past present or future."
This means almost everything is false or a lie. What we hear, see are lie. Then what is true? This is the reason this world is called maya i.e. illusion. Only the brahm (closest word in English is singleton) is truth because it remains as it is and is beyond time. More about this is other articles.
